Refund/Return Policy:
At Bandaids & Bullets, we are committed to providing high-quality firearms training experiences for all our patrons. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However, we understand that situations may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled class.
Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your class, you may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time at no additional charge. Within the 48-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited, or 50% of the class fee already paid. The remaining 50% may be applied towards a rescheduled class if you choose to do so.
How to Reschedule: To reschedule your class, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. We will work with you to find a new date and time that fits your schedule.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled class without prior notice, your deposit or paid course fee will be forfeited.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter difficulties that prevent you from attending your scheduled class.
